I am a retired physician who owned and drove a Cressida, several Camrys, and now a Corolla, and bought and serviced at Don Valley North Toyota. I have only words of praise, not only about Toyota cars, but also about the attention and service I continue to enjoy at Don Valley North Toyota. Jay LaLonde sold me the vehicles and Moe Vitols faithfully helped me maintaining them in perfect condition.

It was definitely a pleasure meeting with you last Wednesday and I want to personally thank-you for introducing me to David.

He was a delightful salesperson to deal with and very personable and accommodating to my brother and I. Given the fact this was my very first car purchase ever, I was really pleased about the whole process and the professionalism Don Valley North Toyota had showed, but especially David. I have gone to other dealers and their salespeople were not up to par with David's level of knowledge and service. Even my brother, who has bought several cars and dealt with several salespeople in the past said he was one, if not the best salesperson he has dealt with. Honestly, David is a great guy to deal with (as you probably already know) and a man of his word. I definitely will recommend him to anyone I know who is looking to buy a car.

Overall, I was very pleased with my purchase of my 2010 Toyota Corolla LE with Moonroof and the fact that it only took 1.5 hours for the whole process on Wednesday was great. Even better was the fact that you guys had the car ready to go on Friday!

Once again, thank-you for hooking me up with a car and letting David handle things and certainly George for approving the deal.

I DECIDED TO BUY THE COROLLA FROM DON VALLEY NORTH TOYOTA WITHIN 15 MINUTES WAS BECUZ THE SALES PERSONNEL HOWIE LOU HAD IMPRESSED ME WITH HIS SALES TECHNIQUE WHEN I WALKED IN THE DEALER ONE NITE. I AM A MERCHANDISE MANAGER OF A CO. WHO LOOK AFTER CORP A/C DAY IN & DAY OUT, HIS APPROACH AND DOWN TO EARTH ADVICE HAD EARNED MY RESPECT. I BOUGHT MANY NEW CARS IN TORONTO, HE IS THE BEST SALES PERSONNEL I EVER MET. HE MUST BE A PRO' IN THE TRADE. I'M IMPRESSED BECAUSE MY CAR ARRIVED WITHOUT THE NAVIGATIONAL SYSTEM BUT I AGREED TO TAKE IT AND ADD IT LATER. THE SALES MGR CAME AND MENTIONED THAT HE'S SORRY THAT I'LL HAVE TO WAIT A WEEK OR TWO FOR THE SYSTEM BUT FOR MY INCONVENIENCE THEY PUT UPGRADED MATS AND THEY'RE GOING TO GIVE ME A LOANER WHEN I BRING THE CAR IN TO INSTALL THE SYSTEM. Good morning.

I thought I would shoot you off a quick email to say thanks for your attention to my car leasing requirements last week. It is a great car and a lot more goodies then my '06. It definitely surpassed my expectations. And quiet everyone that rides in it remarks about how silent this car runs battery or gas it is almost eerie!

And - I am all about audio entertainment when I drive and this vehicle adds another dimension to that as it has an auxiliary jack for my i-pod. My Sirius satellite radio has been re-installed as well, so I am set to go!

During this most recent visit the salesman, was fantastic in that he was extremely knowledgeable, not only about the cars, but about Toyota the company and all of its services. His approach to sales was refreshing. He provided sound advice comparing the options of a cash purchase, financing and leasing. He listened to our needs and was patient when we highlighted that we wanted to compare the Camry to the Honda Accord Sedan. He was also extremely patient and kind with our two young children. Even though we left (well after the dealership closed for the night, by the way) without a purchase so that we could canvass our options, he handled the lack of a sale professionally and clearly showed that he valued us as potential clients rather than as pressuring us to make a sale that night. That approach leaves us with a positive view of him personally, and also with a positive view of the dealership as a whole.

I thought that your salesperson was really good. And he wasn't pushy. I've had other car people treat me worse because I?m a woman, he was really sincere. I thought I wanted to buy the car with him; he spent a lot of time with us. We could have gone somewhere else and he was so patient so I just decided to buy it from him. I like the fact they were good with my kids. I liked that they had popcorn and hot chocolate. It kept them occupied. The reason we went there was because it was the biggest dealer, so we figured they'd have the best prices.

This to let you now that by using our 2008 Toyota Matrix we purchased at DVN Toyota we recently completed one of best land trips ever.
We drove from Toronto to Vancouver Island, exploring the magnificent highways of Canada's Ontario, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta and British Columbia.
We put over 14,000 Km and by taking care of the Toyota Matrix we drove this distance without a flat tire. The Toyota Matrix is very reliable car. Maneuvering in tight spaces takes little effort. Visibility is excellent at night. Gas consumption was incredible low by using cruise control and not going over 3000 RPM with the engine. Also, it is a good practice to respect the speed limits. And the last but not least, we used the overdrive to decelerate and save momentum with the car in the highways. To prevent accidents during early hours of the morning, we installed an alarm in the front of the car. This alarm announced our car to the wild and domestic animals near the highways.

I'm from Barrie and have owned Toyota products for over twenty years.

This is just a short note to thank your service staff, for their assistance after hours last Saturday. I was heading home when I noticed a very loud grinding/scraping sound. On a last minute (5:55) chance, I pulled into your garage. My only concern was not necessarily to fix the problem, but to get an opinion on whether it was safe to drive back to Barrie. After a few test drives, a look under the truck ,and a look at the brakes, they finally figured out the problem.

It turned out simply to be loose flashing scraping against the tire. The three of them were very friendly, and patient. No one seemed to be in rush to get their weekend going etc... and for that I commend them. I will recommend your service centre to many of my "Toyota" friends in Toronto, and I only wish it was my local garage, because I would Don Valley with my vehicles any time. Oh yes, and to top it off, they even ran my truck through the car wash.

Last Saturday, before making a decision, we went to another Toyota just to see the Sienna. We did not go to your place just because we did not want to take more of your time, since we're not sure which minivan we will take it. Before that, we went to Honda in Scarborough to see the Odyssey. But unfortunately, after long debate with me, all of my family prefer Odyssey to Sienna. It's nothing to do with the pricing but the minivan itself.

So we picked Odyssey. We bought Odyssey on Saturday afternoon.

On Saturday I was at Finch and Yonge just before 6:00 pm. when my oil light in my 89 Corolla came on. I tried to get to DVN as quickly as I could before closing unfortunately I was 10 min late.

Luckily for me there was two members of your service team still working. They were good enough to come outside to the cold to check my oil and diagnose the problem for me.

Thanks to both gentleman, taking the time to check and explain to me why my warning oil light was coming on. I didn't have to worry about it for the rest of the weekend knowing it was a defective oil pressure switch.

I came in yesterday, as a walk in customer. They fit me in to have the oil pressure switch replaced. The warning oil light no longer comes on.

I wanted to extend a note of appreciation for the quality of customer care and service I have just received from you guys at Don Valley North Toyota. I got a tire puncture over the weekend and took it over to a generic tire only to be told it could not be repaired and that Id need to buy a new one for over 300 dollars!

I decided I would just come over to you guys in case you could offer the tire at a cheaper price and its ended up that the repair could be fixed costing me a mere 20 dollars or so.

From a service perspective I would definitely continue to service my vehicle with you guys. I just wanted to thank especially the older gentlemen driver of the 4x4 Toyota courtesy car for exceptional service. I can?t wait to come over to your new building when its ready.

He:

- Explained what's inspected in the 64,000 Kms service ? What may need to be replaced and why ? Gave me an estimated time for the service.
- Asked me when I needed the car back.
- Offered me a shuttle ride home.
- Informed me over the telephone what needed to be done, gave me a breakdown of the charges, and an estimated time of completion.
- Arranged a shuttle to pick me up when my car was ready.
