The Prius Prime is engineered for superior performance, featuring a plug-in hybrid system that optimizes fuel efficiency and responsiveness, a feature exclusive to electric vehicles. The 5th generation hybrid powertrain and 2.0L engine provide improved acceleration, generating 220 HP and achieving a 0-100 km/h time of just 6.8 seconds.
The Prius Prime simplifies the charging process by including a standard Level 1 charging cable and a Level 2 charging connector. This allows you to charge the vehicle at home, work, or at most public charging stations throughout the country.

Toyota introduces Traffic Jam Assist for the first time, designed to reduce stress during low-speed, stop-and-go highway driving in traffic jams. The feature provides acceleration, braking, and hands-free steering assistance to the driver. However, a paid subscription to Drive Connect is required to access this feature.
Prius Prime ensures safety and peace of mind with the inclusion of Blind Spot Monitor (BSM) with Safe Exit Assist (SEA) as standard. The BSM notifies the driver of vehicles in adjacent lanes that may have escaped visibility in the side-view mirrors, while the SEA warns of oncoming traffic and cyclists before opening the door to exit.
