If for some reason you’re not completely satisfied with your new purchase, simply bring it in and we’ll happily exchange it for any other vehicle in our inventory. No Questions Asked!*
*Unless indicated by the dealer, all Certified Pre-owned Toyota vehicles are eligible for the Exchange Privilege during the first 7 calendar days or 1,500 kilometres of ownership (whichever comes first). You must bring the original proof of purchase and all supporting documents for the exchange. The vehicle must be returned in the condition in which it was delivered to the customer, without any damages or excessive wear or tear. Applies to Certified Pre-owned Toyota vehicles only.
